How Does It Work
Submit Your Property
Whether it’s a new property you want to launch as a short‑term rental, or an existing, up‑and‑running listing that needs expert support,
we’ll come on‑site, evaluate the condition of your property, and provide a detailed proposal with pricing, add‑on services, and property‑ready recommendations.
Sign & Set Up
Once we sign the contract, we:
- schedule a minimum of 5 cleanings per month at a flat rate,
- schedule a deep cleaning/check list/listing info/procedures
- add any extra services (like pick-up flowers) to your invoice, and etc
- get complete report with photos, notes, and full transparency
- support thrroughout and emergency response on a spot.
After each visit, you’ll receive a cleaning report, damage report (if any) and the invoice.
Emergency Kit – Your Safety Net
We’re ready for anything. Our on‑hand “Emergency Kit” includes:
- fresh, clean NEW linens,
- paper towels and toilet paper,
- shampoo and conditioner,
- a homel carpet & upholstery cleaner for quick stain removal.
If there’s an urgent situation, we solve it on the spot — no delays, no stress.
Full Property Care
We treat your home like our own:
- scheduled deep cleanings twice a year,
- immediate alerts for any serious damage (carpet, walls, furniture),
- repairs coordinated with either your contractors or ours — only after your approval.
You stay in control while we handle all the work.
